Quick Calculation Pad
for Important Reliability Metrics
RGA's Quick Calculation Pad (QCP)
provides a variety of calculated reliability metrics based on your analysis. The
options available depend on the type of data and the model used for
analysis. The QCP also provides confidence bounds on results and parameters for applicable analyses.
Available results include:
- MTBF, Reliability or Failure Intensity given time (cumulative or instantaneous)
- Expected Number of Failures given time
- Time/Stage to achieve a given MTBF or Failure Intensity
- Projected MTBF or Failure Intensity
- Growth Potential MTBF or Failure Intensity
- Optimum Overhaul Time given repair and overhaul costs
Unparalleled Plots and Charts
RGA's Plot Sheet provides a full set of plots and charts to illustrate your analyses graphically. The options available depend on the type of data and the
model used for analysis. Available plots/charts include:
- Cumulative Number of Failures vs. Time
- MTBF, Failure Intensity,
Reliability or Unreliability vs. Time
- Beta Bounds
- Demonstrated, Projected and Growth Potential MTBF
or Failure Intensity (vs. time and as a bar chart)
- MTBF or Failure
Intensity by Failure Mode (bar chart)
- Failure Mode Strategy (pie
chart, includes estimates about unseen failure modes)
- System Operation (failures
over time, individual and combined systems)
In addition, Multiple Plot Sheets allow you to plot multiple data sets (up to 10) together in the same plot
for comparison purposes. The Side-by-Side Plots utility allows you to view up to fourteen different plots (all plot types) simultaneously in a single window,
as well as save or print the combined chart graphics.
Automated Report Generation in Word or Excel
RGA automatically generates reports of your data, analysis and results in either Microsoft
Word or Excel. You can also choose your own logo graphic to be
included in report output.
