Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense — Tucson, AZ

The Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense will be responsible for revenue growth within the Aerospace and Defense domain territory through ongoing strategic development of new accounts and expansion within the existing customer portfolio. The Account Executive’s sales responsibility will include the entire range of the nCode brand fatigue and durability products and services, and the ReliaSoft brand reliability and maintainability products and services. This position will be based in Tucson, AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive the present strategy for Aerospace & Defense customers and market growth
  • Awareness and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Lead generation through marketing events, cold calling, etc.
  • Work with Marketing to produce, events, mailings, target marketing, etc.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer/prospect accounts
  • Develop calling and selling strategies for opportunities
  • Plan and execute customer visits
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet objectives and customer/prospect expectations

Required Qualifications:

Application Engineer — Roissy, France

HBM France is recruiting an Application Engineer to join us in our French office in North of Paris. The focus of the role is to provide engineering technical support during pre- and post-sales process.

The ideal candidate will have the educational and professional work experience to provide a high level of technical support to our prospective, new and existing customers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate our nCode and ReliaSoft software
  • Analyze the client's needs and decides of the most suitable technical solution

Engineering Analyst — Southfield, MI

The Engineering Analyst role is responsible for performing analysis as part of an engineering team that delivers consultancy projects related to improving durability, reliability and availability of our customer’s products and equipment. The analyst will primarily use the nCode and ReliaSoft suite of products along with other suitable tools to perform the analysis work. The individual will be part of a team and will work closely with senior engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and customers on a regular basis to complete projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of measured data (proving ground, field or test data) using mathematical and statistical methods primarily within GlyphWorks and ReliaSoft.
  • Individually or collaboratively perform analysis on data such as product maintenance, usage, test, cost, failures etc. This includes combining data from multiple sources.
  • Development of analysis scripts if required.
  • Generation of queries and reports within data management and data analysis tools, such as nCode Automation.
  • Interpret data analysis results to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare written and oral reports for project deliverables and internal documentation.
  • Work with federal team to respond to RFQ’s and prepare data for sales presentations.

Qualifications:

Inside Sales / Client Executive — Tucson, AZ

The Internal Sales/Client Executive will be responsible for software renewals, perform initial lead qualification, promote customer training and expand new business growth within our existing customer base.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage Aero & Def customer software renewals
  • Lead generation through marketing events and cold calling

Quality Assurance Analyst — Tucson, AZ

ReliaSoft is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to perform quality assurance and testing activities on our reliability engineering applications. The Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure that our software applications are stable, user-friendly and that they meet company, customer and industry standards. Analysts are part of the agile/scrum development process so communication and team work skills are a must. This is an entry to mid-level position and some on-the-job training will be provided. The QA Analyst works closely with the team and management to ensure that the testing approach is aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience working on agile development teams involved in product development is beneficial, but not required.
  • 1-3 years experience conducting software testing preferred (certification a plus).

Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute test plans and strategies for HBM Prenscia software, focusing on the development and execution of test scripts for interactive / manual testing of product(s).
