Account Executive

Location: Southfield, MI

The Account Executive will be responsible for revenue growth within the Aerospace and Defense domain territory through ongoing strategic development of new accounts and expansion within the existing customer portfolio. The Account Executive’s sales responsibility will include the entire range of the nCode brand fatigue and durability products and services, and the ReliaSoft brand reliability and maintainability products and services. This position will be based in Southfield, MI.


  • Drive the present strategy for Aerospace & Defense customers and market growth.
  • Awareness and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Lead generation through marketing events, cold calling, etc.
  • Work with Marketing to produce, events, mailings, target marketing, etc.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer/prospect accounts.
  • Develop calling and selling strategies for opportunities.
  • Plan and execute customer visits.
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet objectives and customer/prospect expectations.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide technical support as needed throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred OR Business degree and/or aerospace/defense industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sales of engineering software systems to end-users.
  • Proven ability to achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Highly developed and diversified communication skills and techniques.
  • Some knowledge of nCode and/or ReliaSoft product operation and theoretical background preferred.
  • Knowledge of fatigue, data acquisition, finite element analysis and/or reliability/maintainability analysis preferred.
  • Understanding of customer’s engineering processes and corresponding software applications.
  • High standard of professional integrity.
  • Highly developed commercial awareness is essential.

Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate position will assist in all general accounting duties and functions in providing quality financial data information to all users. An understanding of accounting concepts and procedures is required, including debits, credits, month end closing, general ledger and bank reconciliations. This position will be based in Tucson, AZ.


  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred with 3-5 years’ experience.
