Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense — Southfield, MI

The Account Executive – Aerospace & Defense will be responsible for revenue growth within the Aerospace and Defense domain territory through ongoing strategic development of new accounts and expansion within the existing customer portfolio. The Account Executive’s sales responsibility will include the entire range of the nCode brand fatigue and durability products and services, and the ReliaSoft brand reliability and maintainability products and services. This position will be based in Southfield, MI.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive the present strategy for Aerospace & Defense customers and market growth
  • Awareness and pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business
  • Lead generation through marketing events, cold calling, etc.
  • Work with Marketing to produce, events, mailings, target marketing, etc.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in customer/prospect accounts
  • Develop calling and selling strategies for opportunities
  • Plan and execute customer visits
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet objectives and customer/prospect expectations

Required Qualifications:

Application Engineer/Reliability Engineer — Tucson, AZ

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering (preferably reliability, mechanical, aerospace or industrial), applied mathematics, statistics or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Interest in statistical analysis.

    • Conduct lectures on reliability engineering theories and software.
    • Generate, present and defend reliability studies and analyses.

Contracts/Office Administrator — Starkville, MS

The Contracts/Office Administrator role is responsible for managing contract communications and delivering customer invoices. This position will also fulfill the Facility Security Officer duties, to ensure that the Federal Team is in compliance with the Defense Security Services (DSS) agreements, including training, monitoring and reporting.

The Contracts/Office Administrator position is part of the HBM nCode Federal consulting services team and the position is located in Starkville, MS.

Position Responsibilities:

Contracts/Office Administrator:

  • Manage contract information in QuickBase, plus travel and material
  • Work w/ Engineering Director to compile monthly labor totals and performance reports
  • Compile and deliver customer invoices
  • Act as point of contact to the prime contractor for contract modifications
  • Track labor allocations for all contracts
  • Perform other office administrative duties as required

Facility Security Officer:

  • Act as primary point of contact for DSS Industrial Representative
  • Maintain day-to-day oversight to insure compliance of Affiliate Operations Plan, Facility co-Location Plan, Technology Control Plan, Electronic Communications Plan and Visitation Procedures
  • Manage organizational security clearances in JPAS
  • Provide and track organizational security training
  • Perform information audits as specified in DSS approved facility clearance plans

Quality Assurance Analyst — Tucson, AZ

ReliaSoft is hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to perform quality assurance and testing activities on our reliability engineering applications. The Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure that our software applications are stable, user-friendly and that they meet company, customer and industry standards. Analysts are part of the agile/scrum development process so communication and team work skills are a must. This is an entry to mid-level position and some on-the-job training will be provided. The QA Analyst works closely with the team and the management to ensure that the testing approach is aligned with the companies goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience working on agile development teams involved in product development is beneficial, but not required.
  • 1-3 years experience conducting software testing preferred (certification a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience writing test plans and test cases.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.

Sales/Office Administrator — Automotive & Ground Vehicle — Southfield, MI

The Sales/Office Administrator will support the sales team with sales administration and provide general office administrative support. This position will be based in Southfield, MI.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process software maintenance and annual renewable contracts
  • Verify all contracts and quotes for accuracy
  • Provide support and follow-up on customer order processing
  • Proactive selling of training courses
  • Update and maintain sales database (SalesForce.com)

Test Automation Engineer — Tucson, AZ

ReliaSoft is hiring an experienced Test Automation Engineer who will work as part of an agile development team to deliver high quality and innovative solutions that combine the best of our existing capabilities, off-the-shelf technologies and custom code. The Test Automation Engineer is responsible to develop, support and maintain automation and monitoring tools used to operate the ReliaSoft platforms. The successful candidate will be required to ramp up rapidly on the technology stack, create a testing infrastructure and work with the rest of the QA team to steadily improve and develop test plans, tests, tools, and processes to meet our maturing quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent automation experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automated test frameworks. Experience building infrastructure tools/test harnesses from the ground up is a plus.
