• BS in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or related field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered). Engineering background, especially Reliability Engineering, a plus.
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in information technology, consulting and/or project management.
• Previous experience in delivering configurable solutions a plus.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processes with exposure to multiple methodologies and solution types (portal, custom development, infrastructure, integration, and/or business intelligence).
• Ability to learn quickly and to balance multiple responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with others and meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize project management abilities in the implementation and deployment of a Web-based Failure Analysis and Corrective Action System software for individual customers. Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Meet with project sponsors and subject matter experts to determine proposed project goals and requirements. Develop written business requirement documents and proposed costs based on stated end-user needs.
• Interface with business end-user, IT management, sales and customer support teams to ensure that business requirements are met through proper system configuration.
• Translate functional business requirements into application systems or processes to meet business needs through knowledge of Web-based system design procedures.
• Meet customers’ performance requirements and specifications, and deliver projects on time.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, from receipt of order through customer acceptance and receipt of final payment.
• Support and participate in the daily activities of the project team.
• Advise and monitor analysis, design, configuration, and deployment of the solution’s components.
• Identify, categorize, mitigate, resolve and/or report project issues. Meet regularly with other related areas to ensure integration issues are surfaced and resolved. Track and maintain detailed issues and risks lists. Prepare appropriate project meeting minutes and status reports.
