Annual Maintenance Agreements are available for all ReliaSoft standard software purchases. In addition to ReliaSoft's standard support of free minor version updates and technical support, free major version upgrades are included with the purchase of an Annual Maintenance Agreement. Coverage

Purchase of an Annual Maintenance Agreement covers:

• Free minor version updates. All minor version updates are available for download at http://www.ReliaSoft.com/downloads.htm.

• FREE major version upgrades. Major version upgrades are shipped with accompanying documentation upon software release using the shipping information provided on the original order. It is imperative that you notify ReliaSoft if the shipping or main contact information changes. Note: Packages will be shipped at no cost within the continental U.S. International packages will be shipped via FedEx International Priority at the customer's expense (ReliaSoft is not responsible for duties, taxes or any other related charges).

• Free technical support (excluding consulting). Support is provided by phone, fax or e-mail. Please refer to the Guide to Support section in the back of the software user guide included in your software package.

• Credit towards the purchase of a higher-level license and maintenance agreement (e.g. when you upgrade from a Single User to Network license, from Standard to PRO, etc.). This includes the original software cost and the unused portion of this maintenance agreement (pro-rated and applied to the maintenance fee for the higher-level license).

Pricing

Annual Maintenance Agreements can be purchased in 1, 2 or 3 year increments.

Terms and Conditions

Renewal: The Agreement renews automatically on the renewal date listed on the Annual Maintenance Certificate provided. Unless the Agreement has been cancelled, a renewal form will be sent to the main contact listed on the Annual Maintenance Certificate. If a response is not received within 30 days, the Agreement will be considered canceled. Renewal amounts will not change for the first three years. After that period, renewal amounts will be based on the prevailing software list price. For example, if the software list price was $995 at the time of purchase, the renewal amount will be calculated based on $995 for the first three years. After that, the renewal amount will be calculated based on the software list price at the time of renewal. Please note that lapses in maintenance agreements are not allowed. In the case where a maintenance agreement expired, any future renewals of said agreement will begin on the day following the original expiration date.

Cancellation: The Agreement can be cancelled at any time in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. In case of cancellation, ReliaSoft will not pro-rate or issue any refunds for any unused time on this agreement. There is no grace period for cancellations.
