What's New in Version 10? MPC Enhancements

In addition to significant enhancements in the Version 10 Synthesis Platform, we also continue to expand the capabilities of individual Synthesis desktop applications. Here's a quick overview of the main new and improved features in MPC 10.

Fatigue Damage Analysis (MPC Plus Only)

For structural analysis in MPC Plus, we have a added a new interface for Fatigue Damage Analysis (FD/SL).

New Optional Ratings for Structural AD and ED Analysis (MPC Plus Only)

For environmental deterioration analyses, you can now include the Detectability Rating when working with metal materials and the Composition Rating when working with non-metal materials.

For accidental damage analysis, you can now include the Residual Strength Rating and Damage Growth Rating if applicable.

New Reporting Options

We've also improved and expanded the reporting capabilities in Version 10. Some of the most useful new features include:

Option to Define Units for MTBF and MTBUR

For any item in an MSG-3 systems and powerplant analysis, you can record the historical and predicted MTBF (mean time before/between failure) and MTBUR (mean time between unscheduled removals). Now in Version 10, you have the option to require time units, if desired.
