In response to customer requests,
ReliaSoft has initiated two new programs as part of our on-site consulting
services. The first program is "Developing and Implementing an Effective
FMEA Process." An effective FMEA process can make FMEAs more useful in
preventing problems and also reduce the amount of time spent in
non-value-added meetings and administration. ReliaSoft will work with your
management and subject matter experts to assess the current status of your
FMEA capability and develop an effective FMEA Strategy Plan. The result
will be FMEAs that are uniformly more effective in preventing problems in
products and processes.
The second new program is "Developing and
Implementing an Effective Reliability Program Plan." A comprehensive
approach to reliability is necessary to avoid the pitfalls of "program of
the month" or “hit and miss” reliability tasks. An effective Reliability
Program Plan will focus valuable resources on the "vital few" tasks that
are essential to reliability success, consistent with shorter development
times and tight budgets. ReliaSoft will work with your reliability
leadership to assess the current status of your organization’s ability to
meet reliability objectives and develop a comprehensive Reliability
Program Plan.
