How can I determine if RCM++ is the right package for me?

What are the minimum system requirements?

• Operating System: Windows XP (SP 2 or higher), Vista or Windows 7
• Processor: Intel Celeron or Pentium class or AMD processor
• Memory and Disk Space: 512 MB RAM and 290 MB disk space
• Internet Explorer 6 or higher -- a free download is available from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/.
• Microsoft Office 2000 or higher (Excel or Word) for automated report generation
• For Enterprise database capabilities, SQL Server 2005/8 or Oracle 10g/11g

What languages are supported?

The RCM++ interface is available in English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish and Simplified Chinese. For details and to see if support for additional languages has been added in our most recent release, see http://www.ReliaSoft.com/multi-language.htm.

RCM++ comes with complete and detailed printed product documentation and online help files, a training guide with step-by-step examples and a multitude of example files designed to get you up and running the minute the application is installed.

Training seminars that cover the theory and the application

ReliaSoft's training seminars provide instruction in reliability engineering principles and theory as well as the ReliaSoft software tools designed to put that theory into practice. How do I order RCM++ and when will it arrive?

Licenses are available for either the Standard version (single user or network license) or the Enterprise version (network license). We offer several easy methods of purchase. Generally, orders received by your local office before 2 pm are processed the same day. Otherwise, orders are processed the next business day. For single user licenses, you have the option to download the materials from the Web or have a CD-ROM and printed books shipped to you via an express courier (2nd Day or International service). If requested, and depending on your location, domestic orders can be shipped with Overnight service for delivery by the next business day.
