A Branch Gate accepts one incoming path and has multiple outgoing paths. It checks an incoming value against a different condition for each outgoing path (i.e. branch). A Branch Gate cannot be the final block in a flowchart. You have the option to check the condition for every branch or to check each branch sequentially until the first time the condition is true.

As with Conditional Blocks, you have the additional option to continue execution on branches where the condition is false, if desired.
