Defining Flag Markers and Go to Flag Constructs

A Flag Marker is used to mark a spot in the path of the flowchart. It may have multiple paths in and out. This construct is mainly intended to be used in conjunction with the Go to Flag, described below, to define loops within the flowchart.

Note that after the first time a Flag Marker is executed, each subsequent time it is encountered during the same simulation, it is placed into a queue for execution and the simulation continues on all other paths until it reaches an end block (i.e. makes a full pass through the flowchart). At that point, the Flag Markers are executed in the order that they were added to the queue.

The output of the Flag Marker can be stored in a defined Storage Variable, if desired.

A Go to Flag construct sets the current simulation point to a named Flag Marker, thus allowing for loops inside the flowchart. Note that it is up to you to avoid configurations that would create infinite loops and other unresolved issues, as RENO cannot check this for you. Since construct names do not have to be unique, it is also up to you to avoid ambiguity in which Flag Marker the Go to Flag points to.
