RS 403 Training Seminar
Introduction to System Reliability / Maintainability Analysis

1 Day     .7 CEUs     2 CRP Credits
Assumes completion of RS 401 or equivalent knowledge.

The third session in the MSMT Reliability Foundations training seminar series, the RS 403 training course introduces the use of reliability block diagrams (RBDs) for system reliability, maintainability and availability analysis. ReliaSoft’s BlockSim software is used for hands-on practical examples. Topics include RBD configurations, reliability importance and the fundamentals of repairable system analysis using simulation.

This course will help you understand when reliability block diagram methodologies are appropriate and how they can be applied to identify critical components (or failure modes) and determine the most effective ways to improve system performance through design improvements and/or maintenance planning.

Take the next step...

After you have completed RS 403 or if you already have a basic understanding of this topic, consider registering for the 3 day advanced course: RS 522 - Advanced System Reliability/Maintainability Analysis.
