Certified Six Sigma Black Belt |
|
Six Sigma Black
Belts are the heavyweights of business process
improvement. They are the future leaders of your
company. This program is designed to teach all of the
skills and tools necessary for successful implementation
of a Six Sigma project. Black Belts implement Six Sigma
projects with their Six Sigma teams and generate or
recover an average of more than two hundred thousand
dollars per project of savings and new net revenue. Each
Black Belt is expected to finish 3-5 projects per year.
Participants of this advanced training program are
the successful graduates of LSISX
601 Green Belt training or
those who have been certified as Green Belts by a
reputable training institution/firm. Trainees in this
course are required to bring a project from their
company to the class (our experts will help with project
selection during the Green Belt training and/or prior to
start of training for certified Green Belts). The
students will apply the knowledge and tools developed
in class to their chosen project. By the end of the
course, the participants will have created and
implemented a real Six Sigma solution for their
organization. Evaluation versions of
ReliaSoft’s most popular
software packages will be included. Certification will be awarded upon completion of the
course, a Six Sigma project, and final exam performance.
