Managing
An Effective FMEA Process |
Course Overview
Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA) is a
powerful tool to support achievement of highly reliable
product and process designs. Training the FMEA teams and
doing a good job in performing individual FMEAs is
important, but not sufficient to maximize the potential
of the FMEA tool. Proper support from management is
essential to FMEA success. However, management needs to
know specifically what support is needed and how to
provide that support.
This one-day course provides an
overview of what managers need to know and do in order
to bring about an effective FMEA process.
