Receive the Error "max file size is too small" and Unable to Open or Save Files in Weibull++

Issue:

If you leave other applications running during the installation of Weibull++, you may receive the error "max file size is too small" and be unable to open or save files.

Solution:

The simplest solution is to shut down all applications and re-install Weibull++.
