Issue:

On computers with the Windows XP operating system, users may experience a problem with the appearance of the text in the RS Draw utility. This affects the following compile release versions (CRVs) of Weibull++, ALTA and BlockSim:

• Weibull++ (all versions up to 6.0.8)
• ALTA (all versions up to 6.0.9)
• BlockSim (all versions up to 1.5.2)

Solution:

There are two ways to resolve this issue:

1. Install the current service pack for the product. In order to resolve the issue, the compile release version for the service pack must be higher than the relevant CRV listed above (i.e., CRV 6.0.9 or higher for Weibull++, etc.). If a more recent service pack is not available, use option #2.
2. Download the file from the link below and install the RS Draw update on your computer. It is only necessary to install the update one time, even if you have more than one ReliaSoft product that includes RS Draw.
