| Download window does not appear when attempting to download software from ReliaSoft.com. Issue
Discussion:
If you have entered a valid Web Access Code to download software from ReliaSoft.com and a File Download window like the one shown
next does not appear, you may need to temporarily disable any "popup blocking" software that may be running on your computer. This is necessary because the download mechanism
appears in a popup window.

Software downloads on ReliaSoft.com (ALTA 6, BlockSim 6, RGA 6, Xfmea).
Solution:
There are three options available for addressing the issue. You
can:
- Press the Ctrl key when you click the Download button.
OR
- Temporarily disable any "popup blocking" software that may be running on your computer.
Many popup blockers can by temporarily disabled by clicking the
icon in the status area of the taskbar (in the bottom right
corner of your Windows screen). Others can be disabled in the
program options/settings. (Look for the application help file to
find the instructions.) For example, if you are using the "Popup Blocker" option in the Google toolbar:
- Click the Options button to display the Toolbar Options window.
- Make sure that Popup Blocker is not selected in the Accessories section and click OK.
- Return to the evaluation page and re-enter the Web Access Code. After the download is complete, you can re-enable the Popup Blocker option.

- If the other two options do not resolve the issue, you may
consider removing or uninstalling any popup blocking software that
may be running on your computer.
If this does not correct the problem, please contact ReliaSoft Technical Support. Be prepared to provide your Web Access Code so that
the Support representative can confirm its validity.
