 Preparing
for a Web Conference
A Web conference, as the name
implies, is done over the Web. As such, you will need an Internet connection
and browser (Internet Explorer is recommended) as well as telephone for the
audio portion.
ReliaSoft will schedule the meeting and send you the meeting number/password
and telephone call-in number via e-mail. To join the conference , you will link to ReliaSoft's WebEx server
and "Online Support Center" (http://ReliaSoft.WebEx.com), join the meeting and
phone the call-in number for audio.
If multiple people from the same location
are attending, we recommend that you schedule the meeting in a conference room and
use a projector connected to the computer that you will utilize for the WebEx connection as well as a speaker phone. If additional locations will be
attending, a similar setup can be utilized for the same meeting
number.
NOTE: If you have never participated in a WebEx conference, you will be
prompted to go through a brief setup process to prepare your Web browser for
the meeting. We recommend logging in to WebEx in advance to complete this
process. If you experience any difficulties, contact ReliaSoft's
