ReliaSoft's Xfmea Enterprise software allows you to store all of the FMEA / FMECA analysis information for the entire organization together in a single centralized database. As with Xfmea Standard database files (*.rsf), the enterprise-wide database supports simultaneous access by multiple users. Enhanced Project Explorer for Project Management
The enhanced Project Explorer allows you to manage all Xfmea projects in a single utility. You can filter the projects displayed by Based on Profile (e.g. DFMEA, PFMEA, etc.), Project Category (e.g. In Progress, Completed, Division A, Product Line Z, etc.) and Project Creator. The profiles and project categories used in your organization are fully configurable to meet your analysis and data management needs.

Configure System-Wide Preferences
Both editions of Xfmea are highly configurable with many options to configure the software to meet the specific analysis requirements of your organization. With the Enterprise edition, authorized administrative users can easily define those configurable options for the whole organization to insure consistency and easy distribution of updates to the reporting style, rating scales, etc. This includes:

Profiles/Libraries (to determine the field names, rating scales, etc.)
Notification Groups (groups of users who receive notifications to monitor progress on specific actions)
Automated E-mail Notification Settings (the conditions under which automated e-mails will be sent by the system)
Project Categories (to categorize and filter multiple projects within the enterprise database)

Import/Export with Xfmea Standard
Because the Enterprise edition is highly compatible with Xfmea Standard, it is extremely easy to transition to Xfmea Enterprise without losing data or configuration settings. You can easily import projects and/or items from existing Standard edition database files (*.rsf). You can also import profiles and libraries from an existing Standard edition library (*.lib).

In addition, you can export projects and/or items from the Enterprise database to independent and easily transportable Xfmea Standard database files (*.rsf). For example, if you want to give a presentation off-site, simply export the analysis from Xfmea Enterprise to a Standard edition *.rsf file and then load it onto your laptop computer (with Xfmea Standard installed, of course) and you're ready to present the full analysis (complete with interactive graphical charts) anywhere you go!
