Xfmea Portal to Manage Analysis Activities

The Xfmea Portal provides quick access to the FMEA / FMECA analysis information that is relevant and important to you. This includes recently opened projects, actions of interest to you and personal and system-wide messages. You can also view and edit the contact information associated with your personal user account.

Instant Access to Recently Used Projects
Your portal displays the last five projects that you have opened. Simply double-click the project to open it and continue your work. 

Instant Access to the Action Records of Interest to You
Your portal provides instant access (via double-click) to action records from any project that may be of interest to you. You can automatically sort actions by number, description or due date. In addition, you control which actions are displayed at any given time: All my actions, Assigned to me, Created by me, Monitored by me or To be reviewed by me.  

Personal and System-Wide Messages
To help keep yourself, the project team and/or the entire organization up-to-date on the progress of the analysis, important deadlines and other information, your portal displays personal messages (that are visible only to you) and global system-wide messages (that are available to all system users).
