Expanded Actions Management Capabilities

Because of the enterprise nature of the software, Xfmea Enterprise provides expanded and enhanced capabilities for Actions management in addition to the basic capabilities in Xfmea Standard. This includes:

Notification Lists and Enhanced E-mail Notification Capabilities
In addition to the person responsible for completing the action and the person responsible for reviewing and approving the actions taken, other users may wish to be kept informed on the progress of specific actions. In Xfmea Enterprise, you can assign individual system users or pre-defined groups of system users (Notification Lists) to an individual action. Those users are then eligible to receive automated e-mail notifications for the action and have quick access to the action details from the Xfmea Portal.

The system can automatically send notification e-mails under any of the following conditions:

• Upon creation of a new action.
• Upon modification of an existing action.
• Upon completion of an existing action. 

Ability to Manage Actions via the Xfmea Portal
As mentioned previously, your Xfmea Portal provides quick access to view and manage the actions of interest to you. This can include:

• Actions that you created.
• Actions that you are assigned to perform.
• Actions that you are assigned to review and approve.
• Actions that you are assigned to monitor.
