Tracking the Completion of Recommended Actions
One of the most costly mistakes among FMEA practitioners is the failure to properly follow up and track the completion of recommended actions. Xfmea provides multiple features to make sure that your organization implements necessary improvements to reduce the risk in the product/process design.
