Before finalizing the upgrade purchase, you will be required to submit a proof of purchase for the competitive product, along with your statement that you own the competitive product.

Accepted proofs of purchase include:

A copy of Login/Splash screen of the competitive product running on your computer (use "Print Screen" to capture the image).
A copy of the original product package (box front).
A copy of the front cover of the original product documentation.
A copy of the barcode label from the original packaging.
A copy of the original installation CD-ROM.

Upgrading Multiple/Site Licenses
This upgrade can also be applied to multiple/site licenses of competitive products. Please contact our sales group for additional information.

Assistance with Data Migration Issues
