Flexible and Dynamic Reports and Charts

XFRACAS offers an infinite number of possible reports and charts that can be generated with the comprehensive Report Builder utility. All custom reports and charts can be saved as templates that can be used again and again, and even shared with other users.

Tabular reports can be in HTML or fully customized with XLST. These reports can create pivot tables, have built-in support for filtering and sorting the data, and can be exported in a wide variety of formats (such as *.pdf, *.csv, *.xlsx and even sent via e-mail).

The system also makes it easy to generate many different types of graphical charts. Charts are highly customizable and provide full "drill down" capability so you can always get to the underlying data.

XFRACAS also enables custom SQL reporting along with XSLT, just in case you or your management have more complicated reporting needs.

XFRACAS Dashboard

The Dashboard page now allows you to view multiple graphical charts and/or tabular reports on a single screen. You can use the versatile new designer utility to create custom dashboard layouts, and easily share the layouts with other system users.

Integration with the Synthesis Platform

Synthesis Connections for XFRACASXFRACAS is an integral part of the Reliability 3.0 process and the Synthesis Platform. Direct integration with other Synthesis applications makes it easier than ever to share data with ReliaSoft's powerful reliability analysis software.

Use FRACAS Data for Statistical Analyses

Using XFRACAS enables your organization to compile a complete history of the repair records and other incidents for a serialized system, down to the serial numbers of each subsystem/part over the entire life cycle. The new platform makes it easy to put this data to work for you!

For example, you can extract test data from XFRACAS and use RGA to perform reliability growth analysis. Or you can extract data for a specific part or failure mode, and then use Weibull++/ALTA to build a model that describes the reliability. You can then use the resulting models in BlockSim diagrams, RENO flowcharts and other Synthesis analyses.

In Version 10, we've added the option to extract subsystems for analysis in RGA, if desired. You can also customize and save XFRACAS reports to be available for use in the Synthesis Data Warehouse (SDW) — allowing Weibull++, ALTA and RGA users to extract and create dashboards for XFRACAS data that may not be directly related to reliability (e.g., a report on incidents by part, incidents by owner, etc.).

Share System Configuration Data and/or Failure Mode Data

The platform also helps you to save time and effort by sharing complete or partial system configurations between XFRACAS and Xfmea/RCM++/RBI. You can even synchronize the configurations so that changes made in one application will be reflected in the other!
